DO I NEED A PERMIT FOR MY BUILDING?
Permitting depends on your location and zoning. Most counties require a permit for a garage but agriculture zoning, for example, may not require a permit in some counties.
WHY WOULD I NEED A WIND UPGRADE FOR MY BUILDING AND DOES THAT CHANGE THE COST?
To meet code requirements in your area, wind upgrades may be added to the total. The standard building is rated for 140mph winds, which is a 5' on center truss span. The wind upgrade increases that stability to a 180mph wind rate, going down to a 4' on center truss span.
WHAT COLORS CAN I CHOOSE FROM FOR MY CARPORT/BUILDING?
The manufactuer has multiple color options to choose from and you can select up to 3 different colors for an enclosed building or select 2 colors for a carport.
DO YOU DELIVER AND INSTALL THE BUILDING? IS THAT ADDITIONAL? WHAT'S THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?
The manufacturer will deliver and install your building on site. This is included in the quote you receive from Sun Country Steel, LLC.
Turnaround times always vary but are typically 4 to 10 weeks.
